Grandpa sells scandinavian and international fashion, interiors and vintage furniture. We have one store in Gothenburg and two in Stockholm, as well as our webshop www.grandpa.se Since the founding of Grandpa in 2003 we have offered a different type of shopping. We have always had service, atmosphere and inspiration as our top priority. Over the years our commitment towards the environment has increased and today issues of organic production and sustainability within both the fashion- and interior industry is our main focus. We always put pressure on our suppliers to produce organically and we are very careful in our selection of interior pieces.

We often decline strong brands that we don’t feel are up to our standards from a quality-, environmental or image-perspective. For us, the brands are never more important than the product itself. With this mentality we hope to attract people who make active choices when they consume.

For European orders we accept VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners and American Express.

To make sure your online shopping experience is safe, all transactions are made in collaboration with DIBS, Scandinavias largest company for online payment solutions. We also use 3D Secure, which is a global standard for safety developed by Visa and Mastercard.

To secure and protect the data you send us we use SSL, Secure Socket Layer technology.

Delivery within Europe is made with the Swedish Postal service and takes 2-6 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email from us when you order is processed. This will include a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order on posten.se. Make sure someone is home to sign for the package otherwise they will not leave the package. This is done for security reasons. We want to be sure your order reaches you. If you haven't received you order after 8 days please send us an email, with your order number, at shop@grandpa.se and we'll do our best to locate the problem. During sale a delay in dispatching your order may occur and the delivery time may be extended.

Grandpa does not send orders to countries outside Europe.

 

 

Delivery within Sweden is made by DHL and takes 1-3 days.

Please note that this does not include import fees that may be added in the country of destination.

You are entitled to exchange or refund items within 14 days of receiving your package, this includes sale and reduced items as well. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. If you live in Norway or Switzerland it's important that you pay for both shipping and toll decleration, otherwise we can't receive your shipment.

You will get a confirmation by email from us when we receive your return.

In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. At the occasion of an exchange we will send you the new product free of charge.

We will of course refund the shipping cost for your return if it’s due to mistakes made by us.

Normal delivery for European orders takes 2-6 days (normal working/business days). If you want to be sure to get your order in time for Christmas - purchase your Christmas gifts in time.  

Purchase our gift card that can be used online at grandpa.se and in all Grandpa stores. We have gift cards in SEK 200, 500, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 and 5000. We send you the gift card by post and by e-mail as a pdf file.

Grandpa Söder is our first shop and feels like the heart of our business. We opened here in November in 2003. Over the years we have rebuilt the store and made it bigger and bigger. In 2010 we opened up a vintage-department in the basement. The store is 160 square-metres in total. Come and visit us and feel the vibrating pulse here, especially on Saturdays!

This is our Flagship Store. It’s 450 square-metres in a beautiful premises on what is possilby Stockholms ugliest street! The store opened in the spring of 2007, and also hosts a café which serve gorgeous sallads and lunches as well as great coffee and yummy pastries. Come and see us for a memorable shopping-experience!

This is our latest addition to the Granpa-family which opened in the spring of 2010. We are located in the cosiest area of the city with a variety of other interesting stores in the area, as well as the amazing café Da Matteo as our closest neighbours. We are Gothenburgs most charming store according to many – come and see for yourself!
